By accessing and using the Panoptic Analytics website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Panoptic Analytics Pvt. Ltd. provides GTM & Operations and Web & App Development services on a subscription or project basis. Specific terms for each engagement are outlined in individual service agreements.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Panoptic Analytics Pvt. Ltd. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to deliverables as specified in their service agreement.
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Subscription services are billed monthly in advance. Project-based services are billed as agreed upon in the project scope document.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. We take data security seriously and implement appropriate measures to protect client information.
Panoptic Analytics Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Subscription services may be cancelled at the end of the current billing period.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
